    The Exeter Councils website lists this as a play area, however, there are no official signs. play equipment or facilities. It is a small open green space behind the houses of Addison Close. It does have a nice group of Hornbeam trees in one of the corners. A local advises that there used to be a kids round-about years ago, but that was further up and all that is left is the concrete square in the ground. This play could really do with a few swings, enclosed area for the younger ones and a bench. Currently it's only good for walking your dog and maybe kicking a ball around. Update: I came back here and discovered that the actual play area is further up - so the Councils park finder is wrong. This simply is a green space behind the local houses.
