Just rung to check on whether my form had been put through, as I went in Monday to register as a new patient; although I had been a patient there over 5 years ago. The phone was answered promptly and the receptionist was very helpful. She acknowledged my form had been put through and that an appointment was being scheduled for me today. But as I had rung them before 9:00am I had beaten them to it. This meant though, that I was able to pick an appointment that suited me there and then, with a receptionist more than happy to check various dates and times for me. I unfortunately cannot comment on their dental work or staff as I am yet to experience it. So when I have recieved my treatment, I shall update my review and give, if warranted, 2 more stars. My thoughts are; Don't take somebody else's word for it, we all have our own unique experiences ✌
